Get all your photos, logos, graphs and other images together. We can not start a site without the logo. Higher resolution are better than lower resolution if possible. One area that is becoming more of a "hot topic" is our experience in building navigation structures that will be consistent and survivable. With over 800 websites under our belt, we are constantly challenged in prioritizing and emphasizing navigational schems. For more complex sites, we also use an Excel spreadsheet that actually ties together relative importance of different topics, pages and themes.
